Kristina James, MD
Dr. Kristina James graduated with highest honors, earning her medical degree from the Sanford School of Medicine in South Dakota. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, where she also served as Chief Resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Vanderbilt. In addition, she was awarded a Fulbright Graduate Fellowship and pursued further study at the University of Bayreuth in Bayreuth, Germany.
Dr. James is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, and the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, and has held leadership roles on multiple national committees within these professional organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Western Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and has been dedicated to caring for the allergy, asthma, and immunology needs of the Kenai Peninsula since 2012.
Dr. James and her husband have two children. They enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.
