Using a Computer

1. ​Your computer must have a camera and microphone.
2. You must have Google Chrome as your web browser. If you do not have Google Chrome please download it here:              https://www.google.com/chrome/index.html                                                    
3. Once Google Chrome is opened either copy and paste the link below or right click this link and open in a new tab if already using Google Chrome.                                                        https://mycw51.eclinicalweb.com/portal5902/jsp/100mp/login_otp.jsp                              
4.  ​Enter username and temporary password given to you by our office and press Login.
5. Follow the steps to set up your account and create a new permanent password. Once created, log back in with your username and new password.

*Please login 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. The nurse will call you around that time to review your health history and guide you through televisit to connect with Dr. James.

*At any time if you experience troubles with logging in or do not have a good Wi-Fi connection please call the clinic before your scheduled appointment. If pages are not loading or it’s kicking you out try going close to your Wi-Fi router and restarting your device.
