Using a iphone, ipad or Samsung/Android

1. Download Healow in your device app store (teal icon with a white “h”).

2. Open the app and press “Get Started”.

3. Enter practice code “ACBBCA”, then press Login.

4. Enter your username and temporary password given to you by our office, then press Login.

5. Once logged in the app will guide you to set up your account, create a new permanent password and a 4-digit pin. After your account set up is complete you will log back in with your username and new password.

*Please login 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. The nurse will call you around that time to review your health history and guide you through televisit to connect with Dr. James.

*At any time if you experience troubles with logging in or do not have a good Wi-Fi connection please call the clinic before your scheduled appointment. If pages are not loading or it’s kicking you out try going close to your Wi-Fi router and restarting your device.
