Returning Users

1. Try to use the same device used last time to avoid issues. If using your phone or iPad you will need the pin you created to login. If using a desktop use your username and password. Please login 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Once logged in click on appointments, then Start Televisit and fill out the questionnaire. If using a Samsung/Android swipe left until appointments shows on your screen.

*Please login 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. The nurse will call you around that time to review your health history and guide you through televisit to connect with Dr. James.

*At any time if you experience troubles with logging in or do not have a good Wi-Fi connection please call the clinic before your scheduled appointment. If pages are not loading or it’s kicking you out try going close to your Wi-Fi router and restarting your device.
